Climate and Ecosystem of Arid and Semi-arid Regions

The Journal of Climate and Ecosystems of Arid and Semi-Arid Regions is a peer-reviewed, semiannual journal dedicated to publishing high-quality scientific research on the climate and ecosystems of arid and semi-arid environments. The journal provides a scholarly platform for researchers, experts, and practitioners to exchange state-of-the-art knowledge, explore ecological dynamics, and advance the understanding of environmental factors governing these regions. All manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process, with an average review turnaround of approximately two months. Strictly adhering to the journal’s author guidelines upon submission will significantly expedite the evaluation and publication process.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

The Journal of Climate and Ecosystems of Arid and Semi-Arid Regions currently publishes all articles free of charge.

However, to sustain the quality of our editorial and publishing processes, an Article Processing Charge (APC) will be implemented for all manuscripts accepted for publication, effective April 21, 2027 (1 Ordibehesht 1406). This fee covers peer review, copyediting, typesetting, and publication.

APC Amount: 4,000,000 Rials.
